Refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances.
A full refund will only be issued if the product is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, process a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item is defective and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, refunds will only be provided if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
